Hi Suzanne Just a short note to say thank you for use of the apartment .The standard of accommodation was fantastic & probably the best we have had on holiday. My daughter was very impressed with the loo on the veranda .5 Star were also helpful & friendly. The Old Village is very impressive & we will be recommending your apartment to our family & friends. We are already considering going back next year.

Hi Suzanne and Nicoletta Just a quick line to thank you for all your help when we visited solar golfe recently. As you were aware we have not booked this type of holiday ourselves before and were quite nervous. It was just perfect. From being met at the airport, the apartment was tremendous, the hire car and your help with tickets for the water parks. We have already recommended this to our friends and they will be contacting you soon. I think that our friends Keith and Carol Dorman may have already been in touch. This was our first visit to Portugal but it certainly wont be our last. We will see you again soon. Suzanne, we had a terrific holiday and thought the old village was terrific. We especially appreciated you allowing us to stay in our apartment until we left for the airport. With two babies, it was a great help. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are interested in returning next year. Can you please provide prices for "Trincomalee" and "Suecia" for next year, say for an arrival date of 17/07/07 for example.

Hello again Well, now that we have returned to wet and windy Edinburgh once more, we are already talking about sunny skies and warm weather and planning for next year's holiday.
We had a lovely time in Vilamoura in August of this year, everything was just so good, the weather was fantastic and we loved the apartment we had rented. We don't normally go to the same destination twice in a row but have talked about returning there. My son-in-law is having his 40th birthday next year and we are hoping to be on holiday either before or just after his birthday. What would be the best price you could offer us for a 10 or 12 day rental of the same apartment, the Marina Sol L, in Central Vilamoura, either mid to end June or very early August if it were available? Dear Alison. I wish to congratulate you and your company on your marvellous member of staff. I have been dealing with Suzanne over the past few days and I have found her to be excellent & helpful in every way. Her Customer Service is second to none. I in fact run a front line service for Local Government and have a large number of staff. If all my staff treated customers so helpfully as Suzanne, I would have a very pleasant job. Hi Suzanne - Just to thank you for the apartment at Solar Do Golf ( 313 )
It was great, everything was clean and fresh, plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The small things like the books and the helpful guides were really appreciated. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge that we thank you for, but the bottle opener would not work, I think there was a bit broken off, so we could not enjoy the wine. We shall certainly be booking again with you. We left the keys inside the apartment as we had an early flight back to the UK.
We actually liked the position of 313 apartment, I will keep in touch with you and we might be lucky enough to get this one again hopefully, If not we shall still be contacting you to stay in that area. Ladies, thanks again for helping ensure our holiday went smoothly. Trincomalee was again well suited to our needs and the kids in particular always enjoy the pool. Any problems were dealt with quickly by yourselves. No doubt we will be in touch again in the near future !!! The O'Brien family. p.s. been back home for a week and still waiting to see some sun!

Have arrived home safely and just wish to thank you for arranging our holiday details. I think the 'new' additions to Marimar Mar Appt 707 have certainly brought it up to first class. The new kitchen, two new bathrooms and individual room air conditioning have significantly improved this property. One improvement which could be made, we had two couples and there is no mirror in the smaller bedroom which caused a little inconvenience when trying to go out at night. You know girls, hair curlers, make up etc took longer without this facility in the second bedroom.Otherwise a perfect holiday and we will know doubt use your services again.
